Description
A fine 1941 dated, Aircraft Identification Telescope A.A. Mark III. prismatic sighting telescope, operated by Observer Corps and Woman’s ATS units. The telescope required a crew of two and was to track the height and bearing of enemy aircraft once over England. The telescope is in good overall condition, with it’s original black painted finish. With two ring and bead supplementary sights, spirit level, two adjustment crank handles, twin carrying handles and twin filters. A fine Blitz era piece of history.
